" 12/13/2017 -Selling your home is neither fun nor easy. However, if you have an agent/broker like Millie Thomas, you will get through it. Millie handled everything. Millie gave us an honest valuation and and some key suggestions. After helping us to stage our home, she held countless open houses and gave us feedback every time. Millie arranged photography and even a drone film to show our home in its best light. The advertising was everywhere with copies given to us. But, most importantly, Millie assured us that our home had value and that it would sell. I can tell you that it is hard to have people come in to “evaluate” your home. When the actual buyers made their offer Millie handled the negotiations for us in a professional manner and an agreement was made. Home inspection is not fun, but again, we were confident that she could handle that for us as well (we were in another state by then). Then there was the closing, again Millie arranged everything and even for the keys to be turned over to our lawyer so that we wouldn’t have to come back.
